Hickr is a social app for exploring bars and connecting with other guests. The service is provided by Hickr and is intended for persons aged 18 and over.

2. Your account

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate. Your account is personal and may not be shared with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

3. Conduct

You agree not to use Hickr to harass, threaten or otherwise harm other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Location data

Hickr uses your location to show nearby bars and for safety features such as alarms and safe-home confirmation. Your position is never shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Content

You own the content you publish (profile picture, bio, etc.). By publishing content you grant Hickr the right to display it within the app. We never claim ownership.

6. Limitation of liability

Hickr is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, service interruptions or interactions with other users.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes you will be notified via the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
